The Brain Studio is a multi-studio recording facility, conveniently located seconds from Central station in the lively cultural precinct of Surry Hills, Sydney, famous for its live venues, cafes, art galleries and fashion.
The Brain houses two control-rooms, five tracking spaces and a production suite, making it one of the most flexible recording situations in Sydney. With a combination of world-class vintage analogue and high-end digital equipment, we deliver the highest quality product to all of our clients, who have ranged from grass-roots acts to international touring artists and everything in-between.

Our unbeatable headphone system and multitude of recording spaces, both large and small makes the studio perfect for live band tracking.
Our intimate overdub studio is suited to all manner of singer/songwriters, with an adjacent booth, suited specifically to acoustic instruments.
Excellent results coupled with economical rates have seen a number of production companies chose The Brain for their voice-over requirements.
The very private production suite is constantly booked out by some of Australia’s premier artists and record labels.
